Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following basic rules that govern your use of the website. Please note that your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions of use. if you (the “user”) do not agree to them, do not use the website, provide any materials to the website or download any materials from them.

Asper Marble & Granite Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to user. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions of use whenever you use the website.

Supply

The supplier of the goods – Asper Marble & Granite Ltd – reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Payment

We try to ensure that all our prices on our website are accurate. However, in the unlikely event of an error occurring, we will inform you ASAP and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it if you do not wish to purchase the product after reconsideration.

Quotes

1.The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue shown and is subject to change.

  1. A 50% deposit is required with your order prior to templating.

  2. Unless you have credit terms agreed, the remaining balance will be due before fabrication can proceed.

  3. To maintain our typical 5-10 days turnaround, we pre-order material. We will use your acceptance as an agreement to proceed.

    Any material change hereon will incur a restocking fee of £150

  4. Our lead time varies depending on a number of factors and as such will be confirmed when your order is placed.

  5. We reserve the right to take photographs/videos of the finished worktops for our marketing purposes

  6. Your order will not be scheduled or a lead time given until we have received ALL of the following:

    -Full details/survey/drawings of what you require
    -Your deposit
    -A written purchase order or confirmation email
    -Signed approval drawing post template, including any special details (or approval email)

  7. Upon templating, if any measurements differ to what you have provided at the time of quoting, your quotation is subject to change.

  8. A decision maker must be present at the template to make appropriate decisions. If for any reason, we need to return to template part or all of the project, this will incur a £300 return fee

10. Please note, all materials remain the property of Asper Marble & Granite Limited until the full payment has been paid 11. Vein matching is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated
