With a perfect mix of classic masonry and digital templating, accompanied by state-of-the-art CNC technology, this allows us to work hand in hand with builders and architects in the fabrication and installation of custom stone work.
Our LT-2D3D Laser Templator allows us to take measurements of floors, walls and stairs extremely accurately in an efficient manner, which we can export directly to our CAD software ready for editing. This means we can spend more time with designers and architects discussing specifications to ensure the final product is exactly what the client is after.
Once the measurements are taken and material choices are made, we can dissect our CAD drawings and overlay the materials to give a real life indication of how the final product will look. Decisions can then be made on the best positions for joints and vein directions etc.
When we receive the green light on the design and layout, we then transfer our CAD drawings to our CNC Machinery, where we precisely cut and label each piece ready for our masons to inspect and complete by hand. These pieces are then sealed and protected ready for installation.
At this stage we are ready for our experienced tillers and masons to install the bespoke pieces, while being overseen by our site managers to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Once installation is complete, the stone is cleaned and sealed and any snags can be noted and rectified.
